Song: Heroes And Friends 2 Tab

Hi Steve from the Gospel Music Archive again. I recently downloaded Heroes
and Friends from your Web site and made a couple of corrections to it. The
corrected version is on top, the old version underneath.

Heroes and Friends Schlitz/Travis sung by Randy
Travis

    A E A
1. I ain't live forever but I've lived e-nough,
2. I grew up with cowboys I watched on TV,

               F#m7 D A E
1. I've learned to be gentle and I've learned to be tough.
2. My friends and I sometimes pre-tended to be.

        F#m7 D A D
1. I've found only two things that last to the end,
2. Years have gone by but now and again.

      A E A
1. One is your heroes the other's your friends.
2. My heart rides the range with my heroes and friends.

     D A
Your heroes will help you find good in yourself

        E D A
your friends won't forsake you for somebody else.

         D A F#m7
They'll both stand beside you thru thick and thru thin

    A E A
and that's how it goes with heroes and friends
